Mr. S.B. Gaikwad is committed faculty member and Acting Principal at Bhai.Chhannusingh Chandele College of Social work, Solapur.He is MSW Paper Setter, Moderator, Grievance Redressal Settlement at Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar Solapur University, Solapur. He has completed his MSW form Shivaji university and was 3rd Rank holder in the university in year 1998. He has published various national research papers. He has also published a book named “Horizon of Corporate Social Responsibility “. As his passion is organizing and participating in social work activities and academic activities. He organized various national level seminars, state level workshops and conferences in institute on social work-related topics to bring change and development of society. He actively participated in Government and Non-government surveys. He is also working on various committees. He successfully completed Orientation, Refresher course and various Faculty Development Programmes. He has a rich experience in social work field and serving to development of society. He is pursuing his Ph.D in Social work subject from PAHSU ,Solapur on the topic “A study of issues and challenges faced by anganwadi workers in implementation of integrated child development services scheme :reference to Solapur District ,Maharashtra. He received the award from Maharashtra state Bahujan Shikshak va Karmachari Mahasangh, Solapur named Krantisurya Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Gunwant Shikshak Puraskar.
